PaidNinjas ("we", "our", "us") is a product engineering studio. This policy explains what data we collect from visitors to paidninjas.com and the people who contact us through our website.

• Technical metadata: IP address and browser user-agent at the moment of submission, used to prevent abuse.

Submissions are stored in our managed Postgres database and dispatched as email via our transactional email provider. Both are operated on our behalf under standard data-processing agreements.

We retain contact submissions for as long as needed to evaluate and respond to your inquiry, and up to 24 months for follow-up. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by emailing contact@paidninjas.com. You can unsubscribe from any email we send via the link in the email footer.

The marketing site does not use third-party advertising cookies. Strictly necessary cookies may be used for security and routing.

If we materially change this policy, we'll update the date above. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
